About Us

Cyndi Bridges Mosk, Founder & CEO

With more than 30 years in sales, sales leadership, and training, Cyndi is an expert in helping B-to-B companies increase sales effectiveness, resulting in increased account penetration, revenue generation, sales profitability, and customer satisfaction.  Cyndi founded Crossbow with sales training and development as core of the business.  She and her team  have provided global companies with assessments and appropriate training to over-achieve sales goals and build a strong sales team culture, primarily in the technology sector.  She has trained extensively in North America, Europe (EMEA) and Asia (APAC).


Cyndi began her career at Xerox where she held numerous sales, sales leadership, and sales training positions.  She also served as the Vice President of Sales of an ERM software company.


Cyndi earned a B.A. from the University of California (UCLA).

Donna Batista

Donna is a seasoned training professional.  Like Cyndi, she spent 15 years at Xerox in numerous sales and sales leadership positions.  Donna is highly recognized for the leading Xerox's efforts to win the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.  


Donna also owned and operated the Batista Gallery in Michigan.  As a result of her love of the Arts, Donna serves on several prestigious art boards:  The Detroit Institute of the Arts, Cranbrook Art Academy, The Birmingham and Bloomfield Hills Art Association, to name a few.


Donna earned a B.A. for the University of California, Berkeley.

Armando Sepulveda

Armando brings over 30 years experience as a senior leader in technology firms.  Beginning his career at Xerox, where he finished his 24 year tenure as Vice President of the Southern Region, Armando went on to run three other entities before joining Xerox.  

Armando gained his training experience at his most recent assignment, where he was charged with sales training and development.


Armando earned a B.A. from California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Valerie Woodstra

Valerie brings a wealth of Customer Service knowledge to our training approach.  Serving as the Sr. Managing Partner of Providence Market Solutions, her knowledge of the full range of elements that comprise a successful sales process from image, to contact, to ongoing customer service of a client, provides Crossbow with great insight and expertise.  Valerie is a dynamic presenter and an effective communicator that brings innovation and understanding to the intricacies of the sales process. 


Valerie earned a B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Teri Chamoures

Teri has worked as a project manager and executive assistant in some of the world's largest companies.  She handles all aspects of project management for Crossbow and is an indispensable asset for our team.
